The I'm Too Young For This! Cancer Foundation for young adults (i[2]y)
is a global support community for young adults affected by cancer.
Our mision is to improve quality of life by providing 'one-stop' access to hard
to find resources, per support and social networks. We use music and the arts
to make it hip to be a survivor and talk about cancer by advocating on behalf of
over 200 young adult support resources and 1M+ survivors aged 15-39 who are
curently living with and beyond cancer worldwide.

OncoLink
Through OncoLink you can get comprehensive information about specific types of cancer, updates on cancer treatments and news about research advances. OncoLink has created an individualized plan of care called OncoLife Survivorship Care Plan. It provides cancer survivors with information regarding the health risks they face as a result of cancer therapies. It encourages them to review the plan with their healthcare team to further assess their risk and become active participants in their follow up care.
